		<description>Hi Erin, a good trick to prevent burning lies in your oiling technique. Instead of tossing the sweet potatoes in oil, take a pastry brush and brush both sides of each fry in oil. Of course frequent checks tend to help too. You may want to cook your fries just 10 minutes on each side and see how they look.</description>
